formally and discursively coherent in a really special way. knowledge isn’t open for everyone and here neither is theorization or history really

gorgeous.

if an alien was to ask me what our earth is like I would tell dem to watch dis film

it would answer all der questions.

so many different layers.

the beauty of dis earth. the pain of our new way of living and the beauty of it too.

meanwhile it feels like da soundtrack is speaking to me the whole time.

don’t think i’ve ever been more inspired to soundtrack design than this film

indescribable.
shot thru the lens of art & beyond dat.

overdose on a wholeeeee new level.

glad i watched dis.
everyone deserves to.

Godfrey Reggio, Phillip glass, thank u.

There are mixed reviews on this film, but I always have to be real... I boohooed like a baby towards the end of this film. If you don't understand psychological rebirth through grief and guilt, don't attempt to understand this film. You won't like it... especially, if you didn't like, "The Babadook".
