An amazing film by Spike Lee that explores the story of a black police officer infiltrating the KKK. The ending which showed news footage of the Charlottesville rallies, I found it to be profound and shows how the world seems to have taken steps backward in progress. In another profound scene Harry Belafonte who plays Jerome Turner tells an intense story of racist brutality that sends shivers down the spine. Great film that explores America and its history of racism.
Is this my favorite film franchise? Fallout is certainly one of the best action movies I’ve seen. What a picture.

It was one of the most preventable disasters, but the response was awful. So many children died because of this incident. It's heartbreaking to hear phone calls of people just caring about whether they are going to look like a hero and not about the fact that people are drowning. A very haunting short documentary.

Shoplifters features amazing acting and an interesting story. Reminds me of times in my life when my parents struggled with money. Really great family drama and I love that personal feel that Hirokazu Kore-eda adds to his films. Love the colors and vibes of the scenes. There is a lot to dissect in this film. They got Haruomi Hosono as the composer. Check it out!
A beautiful and sad Spanish film. I love the black and white cinematography. There is a lot of great scenes in this film. It is emotional and has great performances. I love how it manages to tell the story by mainly just focusing on one character.
Shoplifters at its core is a film about family. What makes a family. A "family" that shoplifts to get by, scams the system...but has a bond. What that bond is and how strong can be questioned, and is, with a climax that was very emotional. For most of its runtime I didn't love it bit the ending made the film for me.
