Thrust upon The Scribbling Man to watch at a similar time as me
I literally discovered this 45 minutes ago, and now I have seen it. It’s a charming little TV special starring an all singing, all dancing Robert Downey and a pretty restrained Leslie Nielsen. It’s follows them as they try and find the perfect Christmas tree. There’s some Muppets in it too, yeah I didn’t mention it’s a Muppets special. Kermit serves as a semi narrator and we follow the mice as they come into with Downey and Nielsen as they also try to find the perfect tree. Outside of that however there’s not much more Muppets, and to be honest. It doesn’t need it.
There’s not much else to say about it, it had one or two nice songs and Downey put a lot of energy into his part, I liked it.
