List Addicts - Mini Christmas Scavenger Hunt - 2. Watch a Christmas animation

An incredibly tedious Christmas adventure, that I guess takes place during the events of the feature film? I was bored for a good majority of my time with this one, it's literally every Christmas special plot inserted into the Beauty and the Beast universe. Beast hates Christmas, Belle likes it... yadda yadda yadda. There's actually quite a good villain here in Forte who is played by Tim Curry, sure he feels crowbarred in but Curry does a good job with the role and it explores a pretty interesting dynamic between the Beast and Forte. But it's not worth watching just for that, there are a few songs, none of them are memorable. Weirdly they got the cast from the feature back, and the animation isn't that bad either, a bit below theatrical film standard but better than the normal direction to DVD fare.

Plenty of other films have done this story, and they've done it better. Unless you are a really big fan of Chip, I'd steer clear of this one.
