This is my fourth viewing of Anora, and I continue to find it an incredible and spectacular film.
Ani’s story, particularly the ending is something I don’t believe I’ll ever fully overcome.
It consistently leaves me with an unsettling feeling.

A few days back a friend asked me my favorite movie, and I replied with call me by your name.

He searched it up only to find out it was a romance between two male characters.

He began to laugh.
“Real men would never watch this,” he said.
