Logs truck is the best cameo is cinema history.
Might be recency bias or because this is the first Final Destination movie I watched in the big screen; this is my new favourite and ranks first for me in the series.
If the franchise (1-4) was made in the 2020s (with current technology and big budgets), it surely would be considered at the same level as other top slasher / splatter franchises.

As a big fan of the franchise and despite my rating; I have to say, I love this movie. BUT…
Instead of a big finale; from the very first scene, the movie feels more like “look how far we’ve come in 30 years” tribute movie.
The director wants to highlight how hard it is to pull off the stunts that some scenes dragged for far too long.
After Dead Reckoning, I have high expectations for the villains (Gabriel and The Entity)…
