Local TV Premiere - saving money for this year's summer movie slate/other purchases instead of paying for a streaming sub

Considering recent developments in AI this was a chilling rewatch. But it was also a fun rewatch. This movie has largely been filed in my subconscious so it was nice to connect plot dots all over again and watch Tom Cruise do his thing. Still held my breath at the climax.

I swear if anything particularly bad happens to Benji or Grace in Final Reckoning I will riot.

Watched because it was on TV and Dead Meat covered it on their podcast

Thought it was OK, not awful?? Maybe it was because I was watching it distracted working on something else haha. The shaky cam bits irritated me though, I couldn't understand what was going on there.

Movie was kinda like Lights Out (need to rewatch that someday).

Also I think I like early 2000s rock.

Round 2 with Dad. He says he wasn't scared the whole time because it was just a movie. He gives kudos to the makeup folks though because the makeup looks real to him. Also, the trailer for The Last Voyage of the Demeter played beforehand and he's interested in it :))

P.S. If you're wondering why I didn't write anything for the first time I saw this... I was absolutely TERRIFIED watching the movie itself that I just needed time to recover
