This is way more stacked with b-list actors than I ed. The overall story is still great, but I couldn’t get over how 2012 this is. I’ll have to rewatch when I’m feeling nostalgic for the era.

The production designers deserve a raise idc that this is twenty years old. Sky High would be lame without the campy, americana looks they flooded the film with.

You’ve gotta be goofy to get down with A24’s least pretentious film. Constantly making fun of itself, full of solid one-liners, and boasting gorgeous practical and special effects, this movie is 91 minutes of fun. See it in a packed theater if you can.
