Yes, the trippy dream sequences are cool (train, rotating corridor), but there are unfortunately far too few of them.
The film prefers to explain every single detail so that you don't have to think about it.
I'm really the last person to get upset about exposition, but when the film consists almost entirely of that, it's just incredibly exhausting to watch.
