H o l y fuck. Everything I expected and even more, what a movie. 

Not saying these two movies are even remotely the same but there were certain aspects of this that reminded me slightly of Memoria. I need to rewatch that movie but it popped into my head a few times while watching The Brutalist. 

Saw this on 70mm at the Aero Theatre. Basically I levitated for 130 minutes. 

Might need to put this in my top four. It just gets better and better every watch.

Oh so this is genuinely the greatest movie of all time and no, I’ll never recover.
