It's a bonkers and 🦇💩 banger that grows on you but there is a deeper message than just the humor on the surface here. Not everyone will understand the satire presented, even if it's in their face. But what was supposed to be a look back at past anxiety and uncertainties is now a direct look at the times we currently live in. This movie was not supposed to exist during the dark reality that inspired it.

Things to love, but mostly awful. I can’t understand why the dialogue was poor and directed performances were so flat for a Netflix budget.

There are better indies screaming for attention, and movies like this do not deserve to cut the line.

I need a drink and an anxiety pill after watching Justin Long teach me everything I need to know ing a tape measurer. This is Cabin in the Woods, Silence of the Lambs, and Parasite all together as its own movie. This is exactly how you make something fresh in the era of sequels, spin-offs and reboots. Best horror movie I’ve seen since Hereditary!

An incredible look at just how much great power requires great responsibility. The acting was so, so emotional throughout. The trailer gave hints at what to expect, but I wasn't ready for a lot of it. The villains returning were a nice touch, especially seeing Dafoe cackling and the intimidating Alfred Molina again. We got so much more of Maguire and Garfield than most of us expected. I felt so appreciated to have cameos that were more of ing characters than bit parts. I was blown away by the performances, the story, the visuals, everything. So refreshing.
