• The only way for that sound mixing to be justified is if the Big Shark was the sound engineer. 
• I started a thing of cheering every time a basketball hoop was made. You can hear Tommy telling his co-star “let me win.”
• There is an ignored high five in this movie that is more upsetting than the main character death.

Tommy has the build and muscle definition of one of those kangaroos that attack people and their dogs.
I’ve never had this much fun in a cinema. There are lots of bad movies but I don’t think another one has audiences locked in from from start to finish, disintegrating with laughter at jokes they already know, cheering like they’re at a concert. Genuinely such a special night

The lead programmer at the cinema I work at said that this was his favourite film of all time. Multiple coworkers have said that this is in their top five, that the soundtrack is the best, and that there was no way I’d be able to get a staff ticket before the cinema sold out (I couldn’t). That, plus the week’s unofficial motto becoming “who needs plot anyway”, meant that I fully expected it…
