I'm not familiar with the universe very well, I probably saw the cartoons (?) like 9 years ago, I only ed the characters, so I can't compare with it (even tho I'm pretty sure it's the same story) but it was actually amazing !!!
The CGI was very impressive and the costumes and landscapes absolutely breathtaking! Also the actors are amazing.
I didn't even plan to see it but I got a free ticket, but I highly recommend it and to see it in IMAX if you can ! Theater was packed and people clapped.

This is my last movie before I turn 20 in a couple of hours and I chose well because it's so sad but also so happy, human and hopeful and it shows things can get better if you choose the right people to love and if you accept help 💞
