There was a burlesque performance before the movie started. DID NOT KNOW WHAT THAT ENTAILED!!! Not for me....

But the movie itself was better than I thought. Maybe too many songs, yet the bangers in it went so hard. The puppet scene and the tap dancing scenes were my favorite parts! Very fun, very fun

The characters using Canadian dollars got some crazy audience reactions in my Canadian theatre 😭  

Such an interesting look at war photography as well, with the photography of the film itself being gorgeous. A tv show about this world the director created would go so hard.
